Well, what can I say...
My bike is
still sat in the dealership where they have allegidly 'fixed' it, but it still resonates like a b@stard
They are now trying to tell me that because the bike has been fixed, the resonation is now a 'characteristic' of the machine (& KTM UK have told them this...)
Sounds utter bollox if you ask me...
I wrote my first letter of complaint on the 14th Dec 2005, in which I requested a new replacement for her as it had been off the road since the 12th Nov 2005 & they have now had 3 attempts at repairing her. The service manager replied to the letter on the 22nd Dec 2005, informing me that the bike still resonates, but was ready for collection

Naturally I have rejected this & my second letter has been drafted...
I get the feeling this is going to turn into a very long and drawn out process
The bike is still less than 5 months old & has only done 1100 miles
