Sorry mate but your wrong!!!
You can get a CCC to line up as it should and this is how.
1) Make sure they supplied you with a P shape hanger bracket NOT the C shape bracket that they seem to supply as standard!
2) Line the can up the best you can with all the bolts undone (you will fine that the can does kick out at this point) put the P shap hanger in place and then make sure that you line it up BEHIND the pillion peg, not infront like some people do. At this point you will need to push the can towards the bike and then tighten up the hanger bracket.
3) Tighten up the two clips
4) Sit back and admire!!!
It took me a about an hour to get it all lined up right, dont rush.
