Micron don't have a very good rep for the SV... Not really sure why, but very few of the People Who Know These Things use them. Certainly the external diameter of the headers is smaller than the internal diameter of my WRP
But then there's a lot more to it than pipe size.
As for rearsets, Gilles and cheap don't really match up
But Woodcraft have a great rep for the SV. They're not adjustable but they're well made and pretty well indestructible. That's probably what I'll get, if I ever get any.
