Not quite sure of the full details but basically:
My dad owns the property and its in his will that when he dies its mine (if its not transferred earlier to avoid the dreaded inheritance tax. But on all the legal documents im down as the landlord and ive AST'd the ramainding 2 rooms out as a resident land lord in accordance to mine and my dads solicitor.
