hi again kate. hope you arn't feeling too sore today. dont worry about work, let them stress out and you get yourself together. talk plenty about it as at some point you will need to offload.
do yourself a favour and keep a diary of incident whilst fresh in your mind. keep a record of all doctors visits etc (they will keep details on record if you need them) and any after effects no matter how small.
