As mentioned make sure the rivet has been fully drilled out...if not use an old chisel or screw driver with a hammer to break it off if there is no other way. The baffle is gonna need a broom handle as mentioned inserted in the other end to push the baffle out the rear.
Both mine and a friends ccc have baffles that are very tight to put back and using Copaslip helps you slip it in and out a lot easier
If i am off on a real early morning i only push the baffle in part of the way which is enough to lower the sound a bit and then remove it as soon as i am away from the neighbourhood. Other than that i have never rode with it in for more than a couple minutes
