Last year we had a freak wind blow though our office car park. It took quite a few bikes down, so yes it is possible. |
That sounds like a Micro Burst (mini straight line tornado) if you were having bad weather but that takes down trees and sheds too. And those you can't sleep thru when they hit.
Wind is possible yes but not likely 98% of the time.
