The problem is that in the dry the rear slides out & sometimes feals like its spinning up a bit when leaning over. It also tail wags on high speed turns. Another thing is that if you ride over a dip in the road the back kicks up. Other than that normal riding seems to be ok without bouncing around front or rear.

Its down to the fact that the ZX6 shock is too hard for the SV650. There is also far too much rebound damping for the bike, hence why the back kicks up. Its ok getting shocks from other bikes to fit but you do have to take into account the fact that the settings on that shock wont be made for the SV650.
