so you want to ride with not insurance? why not just buy a turbo busa and not even bother with a test! FFS its only 2 years and a 33bhp bike is quick enough! (well untill the day its up

)
i do agree that the changes are going to discourage alot of people from biking! i think its fine as it is! i have had a 33BHP bike for over 22 months now and i still love riding it!! (But i am buying a bigger bike very soon) Its only 2 years! its not long!
and i dont count my self as a inexperienced rider! i have been on the road just short of 4 years and clocked up thousands and thousands of miles! i know my SV like the back of my hand! (2 scars and a mole) my sv does a ton! it can beat almost every car off at the lights! it wheelies! stoppies! it corners like f*ck (just ask the lads out side thorpe park this afternoon!) i do everything on my sv! touring! filtering! motorways! b-roads! a-roads! country lanes! i take my mate on the back (whos 6 foot 5) and i can still have fun! I dont see the point in taking a chance on de-restricing the bike when you have soo much to lose!
i am one of thease people who are unlucky! i know if i derestrict my bike before my time is up i will either 1.Die 2. crash and not be insured! 3.Get caught by the fuzz! and out of all of thease i would not beable to get my new bike!
now is it worth it?? i say NO! but its your choice!
