The money's maybe a bit tall, but if it's good and if they're the sort of bits you may have bought anyway, then it could be OK value for you. But a '99 would have to be good for £2000.

The 25,000 is no probs for an SV, but obviously if it's never had the oil changed in all that time it'd be a bad buy, I wouldn't necessarily fuss over service tickets, but if there's no documents and the owner doesn't even know where the sump plug is, then it's unlikely to have been cosseted.

Ask direct service questions, and look straight in the owners eye when he/she answers, you'll know if it's true or not.
