sorry to hear about this, although i'm glad you're ok. I only hope you don't have to go through the MIB as it's painful. So far they have lost all the Police records and then received a letter yesterday from my Solicitor saying they have lost all the medical records so at least they have the damage quote
Moral of the story keep copies of anything that goes near that place. Good luck
