Do the sv cup racers go there, got any tips guys?

Would love to go, will they give us a discount if loads of us book at the same time?
To be honest, the GP circuit is quite technical; I wouldn’t say it was predominately a speed circuit (but yes some quick bits). The backstriaght and start finish straight are the fastest parts of the track and I’d say they are no longer than the start-finish at Snetterton for example (not measured it mind you!). Personally I don’t like the short circuit, but think the GP circuit is something else!! It is like no other track I have ridden. Brands GP is long and fast, Donnington GP is long and fast, but Silverstone GP is long, fast and very WIDE, the width in particular makes it very different to any other track. It also means that it takes longer to learn as you can take such a variety of lines. Many thinner (normal) tracks really only have one preferential line that everyone will follow (unless making an overtake) so the way to go is quite well scripted.

As for me, this would be my first outing on the SV, been wanting to take it to track ever since I first got it as having seen how the minitwins go, I wonder what it goes like on track. I just happen to be doing this one anyway with some mates, so will take the SV along and take it out for a sesh or two!!

I have no idea about discount (I’ve already booked anyhow!! ), but they have discounted the day already, so pretty good value. If we can get some numbers, then it might be worth an ask mind?!?!? I find Hottrax a very good TD company to deal with.
