Well it's actually my boss's wife's iPod
He's bought her an iPod (from Boots allegedly), but her laptop wouldn't talk to it so we've upgraded the laptop from Win98 to WinXP, and now when we come to connect the iPod - it's all in Japanese
I suspect some clever chav has changed the language setting on it, but being unable to read Japanese I'm not getting very far
Anybody know what the menu options are - it's a 30GB model
It has 6 menu options for the first screen, & I think 'Settings' might be no 5, but not sure where to go after that . . .
any help gratefully received
