ok i had a rs125 till janauary when i got the sv, so ive got first hand experience, and my sv is restricted,
the rs feels quicker at higher speeds over 60 the sv doesnt, becuae it isnt reving the nuts off, sv will fly up to about 80 **** easy restricted, 50 first gear,
an rs125 will show 110 on the speedo but its proberly out by loads, its more like 97 proberly, i get fed up of the ****s that say my rs125 gors 120 etc etc, realisticly 125 wont be much more than 100, look at a sv, or a 250 rs, rs250 top speed is about 130 and has double the hourse power, same as a sv unreastricted basicly, so your proberly going to reach a true 100-110 on the restricted sv,
the rs was fun to chuck about, the sv gets you into a more serious biking, i am still finding it hard to get used to the engine braking as when you let go on the clutch or throtle on the rs it glides, the sv has heavy engine braking, its a good choice to go for and will be faster than a rs top end, or maybe the same restricted as its got a bit of extra weight, but a sv will do the speeds easily whilst the rs stresses to do it , and your less likely to blow the sv up
