The dealer I bought my used car from offers great service too, always professional, nothing is too much to do and I've yet to be charged with any work they've had to do on the car which they could have claimed is just down to "wear and tear".

For my bike I've dealt with two authorised Suzuki dealers and so far I've had nothing but **** service from both, both have damaged my bike and to be honest it's made me question whether it's worth all the hassle, or is it just the "Suzuki experience" I've been unlucky enough to sample?

Having said that, on my way home from the dealership a K6 GSXR 600 just had to call out challenging me to keep up through the busy streets of London in rush hour traffic, both of us were flying through, taking turns in leading, and that's a buzz you just don't get with driving.
