go here http://maps.google.co.uk/maps

Type in the start postcode, wait for the view to load, then click the link for "From here" or "To here", as seen HERE

Then type in the other post code or place name (I typed Buckingham Palace) and click "Get Directions"... a page like THIS will load.

I'm not sure if Google maps can do multi-point routes though
