As soon as we left the lights we pulled the bikes over, my mate hobbling really badly to check his foot, and then to our amazement the guy in the van sped away !!!. My mate was having none of this so hopped (pardon the pun) back on his bike adrenelin racing caught up with the guy pulled in front of him and forced him to stop. The guy was furious and couldnt see what he had done wrong and refused to exchange details despite me telling him that it was still an incident even if neither vehicle was damaged. So we took a piccy of his number plate and reported him to the police. My question is to Fraser will they do anything, I am happy to be a witness for my mate.
Who knows

It fits the criteria, but the best advice i can give is that your mate should call the police to find out whats happening, you should have a incident number so you should be able to find out by quoting that.
