Aaaaah. Well I did hear of one lady who said she recognised Britain's recent hose pipe ban as a good idea, but couldn't understand the Spanish government's decision to restrict the length of their hoses to 2 inches.
I admit to being bemused at this remark, but I must thank you Peter for helping to clear things up
