I've never been stopped on the bike for anything, ever. I've been wearing a very black visor for the past month or so on my commute to work. This takes me slowly past the car/bike park at Cardiff Central
station just the shift is going out on patrol. Never had more than a cheery wave off 'em
I really don't think they can be bothered with something so trivial as a can or visor as long as you're not riding like a complete nobber.
