If you are thinking of fitting radial then I' pretty sure the SRAD yoke can't be easily used so you retain your ignition lock.

The reason is the SRAD yokes are wider by 7mm which means the forks would be 3.5mm further apart from the wheel. Easy with the non-radil as you just shim the caliper inwards. With the radial you'll need to space out the discs.

This if I'm visualising correctly would alnmost certainly mean having a spacer machined out that has the(how does one describe it) the pertruding bit similar to the one on the wheel that the centre of the discs goes through. Then you have to have special bolts made with an extra 3mm waist(?).

Bottome line is you'll lose your ignition lock if you want a Radial on a curvy or get a bespoke yoke made.

I have not really checked it out to see if the ignition form the Curvy would fit but the GSXR1000 K5 or K6(one off them atleast) has the ignition in the middle. If the curvy ignition fits in that that could be an option. After that you still have to think of the steering stops.

Grind then drill and tap but could easily fashion something from a bit of Ally bolted on to the headstock where the headlight fairing bracket is attached.

Cheers
Ben
