hmmm I don't agree... you don't actively concentrate when your smoking, you hold a fag, put it in your mouth etc etc... bit different to using a mobile phone, you have to concentrate on talking/conversation which takes your mind off the road... The two are completely different... but hey that's my 2 cents and I'm sticking to it.
