Just to add; this bolt is made of cheese and is threadlocked - go very easy with it - it'll round out as soon as you look at it unless your Allen key is a perfect fit.

I don't think this is available seperately, a new lever will have one of course, if the lever you obtain is S/H it may be worth a look to see if the bush in your existing lever is in better condition, if so explore the possibilty of a swop over.
