Comfortable Seat?

Can anyone recommend me a comfortable seat option for my SV.

I have a long standing back problem, that flares up now and then, been out on my bike quite a lot lately and the back is niggling....the hard seat isnt helping. Even after short blasts I am very stiff and my back aches, whilst riding I am constantly fidgeting and very often my undercarriage is quite numb yet achey.

Any suggestions ?

i hear corbin seats are pretty good if not a bit pricy, but they will pretty much customize the seat to your needs. also there are gel and air seat covers that you can get from places like busters. finally there are suzuki official gel seats but i dont know if they are much cop. as always what is good for one may be terrible for another.

what K series is yours, as the K3 is differant to the rest.

Your right the K3 seat has differant mounts to the K4+

I find that my seat on the old curvy bike is just fine, even for long distance! I too, have pelvis troubles (which causes back pain)

I had the genuine Suzuki SV650 K6 gel seat it cost £122.00. I took it back and got a refund as was very hard and more uncomfortable and worse than the standard seat in my opinion. I'm considering an Airhawk next.

Hmmm thats what I am wary of....chucking money away and not getting any extra comfort. Maybe I should get a goldwing.

I personally thought the gel seat was better. Marginally.
