Great video, a lot of familiar places in there, but somehow they look different - I guess cos we're seeing them from your perspective.

You could get a job with the English & Welsh tourist boards!

Thanks guys! All credit has to go to Simon, my brother who did all the shooting and editing so if anybody out there is offering a job he's the one to contact

Yes it was a blast, will do it again at the first chance I'd get. My only regret was that we didn't make it to the ARO07 which we were a day short to get there from where we where. The weather was not so nice for that time of year either. Remember the floods in June/July? We did however ride behind a red leathered girl in a yellow SVS in Montgomery for a few miles but she turned left at a point and lost her and since we where heading somewhere else never got a chance to talk. Wonder if she was one of us, from this forum? Know of anyone from those parts fitting that description?

Really nice video, that.

Did you enjoy the bat cave at Chester Zoo? Who was the big girl's blouse who put their helmet on?

Lovely video! I recognise Llandudno, the great Orme, Conway castle and the little armoury shop there too! And Aberystwith. Looks like you had a great time, shame about the weather, it was a rotten summer that year. Did you manage to ride the A5 brom Betys-y-coed to Bethesda and Bangor? Really lovely road with great scenery.

glsuk1970: Oh no!! You just offended two big girls there! Both black belts in martial arts may I add! I'd be careful if I were you Well they entered with us into the bat cave both only in that condition, they didn't want them in their hair they said. I don't have that problem so I wouldn't know.

Warthog: Llandudno was great, the great Orme is a must go, nice views there and when the weather is rough it sorts of looks better. A timeless place. Sure was a rotten summer true but wasn't bad enough to lessen our spirits. Your roads are great and the showers didn't effect our riding that much. I expect it would be harder in winter when your get the slippery ice though. It made me realise that although we haven't got our roads here in Malta I'd be a right wuss if I didn't ride all year round in our kind weather. So I haven't gone to work in my car since. I've bought myself a 125 and use it for daily commutes to work and anything else, leaving the SV for fun and Sunday. The car won't start no more due to dead battery. Have charged it twice already under the insistance of the wife.
The A5. Wow great road. One of the few times the sun showed itself. In fact I think we've got some onboard camera footage of it. I'll talk to Simon to make a small video and upload it to youtube. Its the place where we learned some biker sign language. The bikers riding against us where all holding a finger against their chest when coming just in front of us. At first I thought we had something wrong with the bikes but later realised they were signaling the presence of police so that we slow down. Thanks lads. Sure enough there cops with radar guns a few minutes later on the side of the road.

Meh! My back yard so a bit bored of it! Glad you liked it Zunkus, shame the timing was such that AE07 was on, would have been good to meet up.
