Can a noob ask a silly question?
I keep seeing "pointy" and "curvy" referred to here......and I have to admit I don't know what that means.
  Can you help out a newb and explain?  Thanks

Noob!
Just jokin A Curvy is the older "curved" carbed models Pre 2003 And a Pointy is the "sharp lined" better looking newer models post 2003

 In all seriosness it comes down to looks. I like the angles, some like the curves.
