I keep seeing "pointy" and "curvy" referred to here......and I have to admit I don't know what that means.

Can you help out a newb and explain?

A Curvy is the older "curved" carbed models Pre 2003

And a Pointy is the "sharp lined" better looking newer models post 2003

In all seriosness it comes down to looks. I like the angles, some like the curves.

I liked all 3 SV's that I've owned, but this one is so smooth and just "fits" me. (after my hubby lowered it that is. LOL)
