Default Travelling to "The Rock"

Well we kind of alluded to this at the meet up so I thought I'd try to get something concrete organised.

Did we reckon 2:30 at the Shire, 3pm at Fox's Diner?

Should see us at the campsite for 5 o'clock, with plenty of light left to set up camp and desperately try not to get drunk!

Route? I will try to get one sorted on google maps...

Any suggestions welcome!

Here is one attempt. After looking at it, it perhaps suggests that the Oxford lot should meet in Aylesbury to prevent too much of a detour for the rest?

Well thanks very much there Plowsie, but we are actually going to a campsite on Sunday then the trackday the following day. But if you have any more pearls of wisdom about things that are none of your business feel free to jot them down

(All said in jest of course! )

My only other pearls of wisdom that you may want to take on board that the A45 is shut the way you are going. HTH!

I am on days this weekend but might try and get to visit to watch you all on Monday. If things are looking do-able, I might see if I can get to the campsite for Sunday evening aswell.
Do you have to pay to get into Rockingham if you are just watching ???
