bought a ticket in Westminster and got a PCN
....now how do I challenge it if I have no physical ticket ?
I "bought a ticket" over the phone at 8.17, got back to bike and it had a PCN issued at 9.27. Have put this is writing on the "informal challenge" portal on their website. Didnt get a SMS confirmation - should I have? Hmmmm

Have you got proof that you "bought" the ticket, credit card statement or such like ????

Sorry to say it but i think the Big Ape is right.
 However its always worth trying to explain your point to them and see if they take sympathy. I'm sure i read somewhere that the Head of Parking for Westminster has said that since this bike parking charge only just started they really shouldn't give out tickets yet but just put warning notices on bikes. It may be worth bypassing the "normal" appeals route and finding his email addy off the Westminster website and emailing him direct and see what happens that way. gotta be better than giving them your hard earned, eh?

Heres a tip, dont park in Westminster! Bunch of robbing Shiisteres they are. Park elsewhere and get a bus
