Advent calendars

Does anyone actually have one?

I have two . Purely by accident, my housemate wanted one but had to get the 2 for £3 offer so I chipped in and then me mum sent me one (even though she's forgotten the last 2 years ). One Mars and one Cadburys

EDIT: More interestingly, at what point did you grow out of them/just see it as a waste of money?

The only good things about it: the roast dinner (which in truth could be held anytime of the year, more commonly every Sunday...) and the advent calendars

i think it's a awesome day good food and i get to see all my family which is cool it is a bit commercial but it doesnt have to be all about things like the telly makes it out
