Outlon Park this weekend anyone?

Just thought i'd pop a quick post on here to see if anyone else was doing the camping thing at Oulton Park this weekend?

I'm just about to load up and head off to find a pitch in the infield camping area. If you wander by and see me & my yellow curvy parked up http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=130308 stop and say hi

should've posted a bit earlier than the morning I'm leaving, might have had a chance to arrange to meet you all. Hope you had a good weekend and didn't get too soaked on the way home. Sod's law, as soon as I head back towards home it's starts raining and doesn't stop til I pour myself off the bike in huddersfield.

Don't feel so bad, it was raining when I got to Wales too. And it didn't stop. That's why after taking 20mins to get to Stormy (from Stafford) I backed off the pace a little.

Yeah, there was one parked near-ish to the pits (I went to look at the number plate, but can't remember it for toffee now). There was another yellow curvy in the camping area. I also saw a red pointy & the silver thou that was with us on the way back briefly.

Oh, and you were near enough completely sober all weekend!!

20mins to Stormy was fun (though I backed off coming past the prison entrance due to the possibility of a mobile unit). I made my turning from the A41 within an hour of leaving yours. But then someone decided to pee on me.

charlie, so did we spot your bike? And where were ya staying? We we're "by the monument" most of the time.

I ended up with a blue gazebo and three other guys as neighbours on side, and two transit vans with a big blue tent just behind my bike. there was also a nice rossi nastro azzurro rep next door. Was in the camping area just to the left as you come over the bridge and in the main entrance. saturday - whiskey, sunday - beer, monday - racing. A perfect weekend hope you guys had a top time too
