I've been thinking the same!
I think the barn is closed, but there is still that pub we started meeting at. |

It's still a bit cold & miserable for my liking to be out on the SV, but I can always show up in the cage if there's a meet going on.
Yes, I'm getting soft in my old age... ![]() |

I might cage it a few times. Other half still not riding properly due to leg. Mind you, she can drive - so I can have a pint or 3

I was talking about this the other weekend with the Giant leprechaun, he was saying we should just find a pub as the meet place (doesn't have to be Rivvy) but no idea where'd be good.
Oh and Kuze, have you been outside lately? The roads were ice covered on Sat, and I mean sheets of ice, not this wussy frosty stuff. ![]() Ste

Pub that does food would be good for us, cos the sproglet needs feeding.

I'd still like to come across to the barn one sunny weekday or weekend afternoon. I'm sure theres a few other Easterners who would make the trip. Never been so would like to see what the fuss is about..

no fuss.
It is a useful place to start/end a ride as there is food, beer, toilets and parking. Although I do not understand why some spend hours there gassing when they could be riding. The main barn is only open to the public on sundays, otherwise you have to use the little tea room accross the road

I have to agree with Tim. It's just a car park with a cafe next to it that's only open now and again.
We go a lot, but as a familly to walk the hills and enjoy the scenery. Pete ![]()
