Smile Fuel exhaust on my SV650S Pointy.

Hi Guy's & Girl's,

Been looking at all sorts of Exhaust slip on to fit my SV650SF K3, Finally went to check out Fuel exhausts at there HQ, and very impressed with there service and quality.
They have just reduced there prices at 125GBP for Oval Stainless slip on, and fitted it for me, great job!

So my verdict on the pipe, well deap throaty sound just what i wanted and no need to take out the baffles as i am happy. Also freed up the rev range lots.

Great service and product Fuel, well done....

Can't deny fuels service... fell out with them a bit when they wouldn't sell me some packing for one of their cans, or tell me where to get some! Just offered to repack it for me (for a price)... which would have left me bikeless.
In the end beowulf gave me some packing for a tenner which did the trick fine. So now I recommend beowulf.

Glad Beowulf sent you some, not good to be bikeless...

So did you change the pipe to Beowulf?

No, used stubbied fuel one for a while longer (with micron system)... which sounded absolutely evil. Later changed it to full M4 system which sounds very lovely and deep snarlyness

I live just over the hill from beowulf so I just popped in. Thing that made it for me was when I rang fuel I asked about packing... they said about repacking service... I told them I could not be without bike, asked if they would tell me where to get some and they laughed at me. I found that rather annoying to be honest!

But... I was not spending more money and changing pipe just because of that! Eventual change of pipe for M4 one instead was for more power... micron with shorty can was very weak in midrange.

Wow, thought about an M4 myself but was unsure if they were road legal, and i know if i was to commit to one then i would want it set up by J & S racing in Bristol.

So you still got the SV, i sometimes ride out to Kirby Lonsdal on Sundays as i dont live so far away.
Do you ever get there?

Let me know if you do i would like to see the M4

Question: have you done the TPS & TRE mods?

Just wondered what you thought of them, im ok with the TPS but unsure about TRE

Mine is curvy so different thing.

Might pop out for a ride this sunday, hangover dependant. Let me know if you want a listen though.

Road legality? Forget it
