You certainly won't be disappointed.....warp factor 12 Mister Sulu

The only thing we don't like about the current version, is the cutting corners and putting stickers on them. Pegs has the molded ones, bit more classy in our opinion, and the slightly odd mismatch colour schemes. No offense, but we prefer them in the one colour, rather than the bits of fairings mixed up.

Went out with him on Friday, and on the mway on the way home, there was four lanes up the hill, I blinked twice, and the bugger had got to the top of the hill in one glide, and disappeared!!. Its an amazing machine, very capable, 'in the right hands' can do anything. He uses his for an every day bike, lovely two up, and it handles the roads round here with no problem.....for a bus

I agree about the stickers, is the only thing that i prefer on last years.
I took a test ride on one a few weeks ago and knew that i had to have one!!
It does everything that i want a bike to do, 2up riding and distance in comfort, but i was suprised how nimble the bike was on the test ride as i had been put of by the weight right up to the point that i rode it!

Oh believe me, its more than capable of riding Yorkshires twists and turns. Granted, its obviously not as nimble as an SV for example, but those that think it can't handle are surprised when the bus is still tailing them!
Peg bought his(0 in March 2009 and by the time he moved up here in Jan 10, he'd put 26k on it. I think it had a couple of hundred miles on it when he bought it.
Fuel wise, you can get very very good mileage per tank. 300 on a very prudent ride. Or about 10 if you play silly
Its very heavy, but if someone with half a knee can manage........

Very nice and I know what you mean by fast when test rode one I was doing about 70mph twist the throttle by 1mm and I was doing 90mph, but I was very surprised with the sportier than I thought riding position.
