So yeah. Just putting the thought out there. It's got to be getting warmer. And seeing as Hardy Bikers never came about.

as long as the snow is under about 2 feet deep I plan to be swinging across a couple of lake district passes and over the dales a bit in two/three weeks time (of course should the snow come and be over 2 feet deep I may have to miss out the passes, but it won't stop me).

Matlock wouldn't work... its about 40 miles to the start for me, and I'm probably nearest. Sounds like a plan though.
