Default fitting curvy rear undertray tail tidy?

Morning fellow sv riders.

I've just bought myself a fibreglass undertray for my 2000 plate sv.
I know I need to cut some of the old undertray off but don't really know what I'm meant to be doing.

I've read on some forums that there are instructions on how to fit these bud can't actually find any copies of them.

Have any of you done this and come someone shed some light on where to start.

Cheers

I used the links in this thread and followed the cutting bit in this guide but didnt cut as far back so i could keep and use the tool kit strap. Then just fitted the fibreglass undertray over what was left of the original one. Fit wasn't great so a bit of filing and much faffing was needed to get it to sit right.

I did get a second hand oem undertray from ebay to cut up then that way if i buggered it up i still had my good un-cut one to keep.

Cheers dude. Those links and the guide really helped.
I worked in the guts and took the hacksaw to my sv's rear end.
I've popped the undertray into place and all looks good.
Thanks again

Nice one, glad info was of some use to you I changed my rear sub frame at the same time as i did the undertray as it was the first time i saw how rusty it was with the sv's clothes off eek.
