New SV650S for A2 licence?
Hello there I am a new forum member. I was recently looking into doing my a2 test and buying a 2015 sv650s and restricting it to the legal 47bhp limit for a2 licence. Where would I be able to find fairings for it when I buy it and what would be the best exhaust for it?
Thank you |

Looking at new sv650s for a2.
The dealer will be able to supply fairings and for exhausts, it's all down to personal preference.
I have a 200mm delkevic stubby that sounds like the wrath of god. Others have less obnoxious exhausts that still have a nice note to them without forcing your ears to implode. Check out Fuel exhausts and akrapovic. Also, delkevic do some pleasant sounding road legal cans too.

Looking at new sv650s for a2.
When I say my exhaust is loud, I mean that my girlfriend can literally hear me coming from the other side of town.
Hand on my heart, I do mean literally. If I don't wear ear plugs it can't hear for a day.

Oh nice. How much will fairings, delkavic exhaust and a seat cowl put me back roughly?

Can't say for the seat cowl but the exhaust set me back £120 and the lower fairings are an optional extra when you buy.
If you're buying second hand then the lower fairings have been known to cost up to £400.

Re: New SV650S for A2 licence?
I'm looking at a new SV and have been told about £444 for the fairing lowers in white (with fitting kit).

New SV650S for A2 licence?
Yes. Ask for the fully faired version.
