Hi all Thanks for your help i have now fixed the problem which was with my starter solaniod so thankyou all very much for your responoses .

Sounds like the ignition relay is gone... if it keeps blowing fuses. If its still in warenty then I would have a word with suzuki. Else take it out and give it a 'whack' until you can get another.

that would be the loom rubbing then

Check where it goes around the rear sub-frame, you shouldn't just replace fuses, without finding out why they go.

That happened to me except the loom was rubbing round by the headstock and every time I turned the bike to the left it would smoke from under the fuel tank on the right hand side
