I think "decent" headlights aren't cheap... but if you're want adequate headlights, that are cheap, then Busters do a set of streetfighter headlights for about £50 - the same as those used by the likes of Big Ape and Jonboy.

Isn't the stpock light mounted direct to the subframe? You could probably leave it on... It'll look like crap, but then it'll be free...
