My recommendation is for Spanner man aka Stewart.
Thought it was about time I wrote this as it's been around three weeks since i went for my GSXR's major service and I promised i would. All i can say is he's a top bloke and knows his stuff when it comes to bikes. I took the gixxer in to have its valve clearances done, a sump plug thread insert, rear wheel bearings and a few other bits and bobs. Quality worksmanship all round. ![]() I've since been back for a couple more visits and hes managed to find the cause of my engine cutting as well One bad thing, now my bikes sorted i've found myself going even faster..... ![]() ![]() I'll certainly be keeping my eyes open for more of his special forum prices. Nice one Stew.! ![]() |

A vacuum tube to the fuel tap. It was getting loose whilst the engine was hot and sucking in air. Not something i would have spotted. I had a good idea it was fuel related but not knowing how the full system was linked i was stuck for ideas. |
