Recently fitted a Devil Magnum Carbon end can to my Black 05 650S. Fiddly job to cut off old can off, recommend a Dremil or similar-if u use a hacksaw it will take hours- I know 'cos I did!! Anyway after a couple of hours of blood, sweat and (nearly) tears I got the old can off. With the tricky bit out of the way I set to work on fitting new Devil can, piece of **ss to fit after a few tweaks. Started her up-baffle in, sounds real nice, removed baffle, sounds bloody awesome. Out on the road she sounds like thunder and I've had a couple of flame-outs on the over-run! Also fitted K&N Air Filter. Did a track day at Brands GP circuit 3 weeks ago-baffle out-rude not to!, definite power increase and improved acceleration. Anyway the Devil is a real quality item-not cheap but definitely the best i've seen and I looked at all the others, Looks the dog's too, pics to follow. Available in Oval, Round, Carbon, Titanium, Stainless, High + Low mount options too. For Details of Devil Exhausts contact Bob at [/url]www.automotif.co.uk or call him on 01706 212102 and say Martin recommended him,he'll give u his best price and what he doesn't know about exhausts ain't worth knowing-nice bloke too.

Interestingly I had a running problem with the bike prior to fitting the Devil Can. Intermittently the engine would cut out and die when blipping the throttle hard from tickover, booked bike in with P+H Motorcycles(shower of **it, wouldn't buy from them again!) they initially told me "we can't find anything wrong". I persisted and eventually demonstrated the fault to them myself. After much discussion they decided to put the bike on the Yoshi Box, guess what the Brighton Branch of P+H didn't have a Yoshi Box, impressive for a Suzuki Main Dealer or what?. My bike was then taken to their Crawley branch and had to wait to be worked on for 2 days because " only one of our techs knows how to use the Yoshi Box", inspires a lot of faith I know!! Eventually after connecting Yoshi Box it turned out that the fuelling was all over the place and I was told that this is not uncommon on SV650's! Anyway adjustments were carried out and she ran fine. After fitting the end can I got her checked on a Yoshi Box elsewhere and she was spot-on-result.

Took me about 5 minutes, started with a hacksaw, got about 4mm and though sod it and got the angle grinder out. Very easy from then out. Not straight though, but you can't see it under the link pipe.
