Default Do people not understand what fog lights are for...

No this isn't another complaint about people driving with the fogs on all the time rather people not using them in heavy fog.

Riding to work today and it was quite foggy, certainly foggy enough to require the use of fog lights and most cars didn't have them on and there were even a significant number of cars with no lights on at all! I am beginning to thing most people have no idea what these extra lights are for, I see more fog lights on in broad daylight than I did this morning.

Although the worst was a cyclist peddling along a 40mph road with no lights or reflectors, hardly saw him till I was a few yards from him.

No. People really don't know how to drive.

Well it's obvious innit. Would you put your wipers on on a sunny day? No thought not

That's what I call motion camouflage at it's best, you only know there's something in the road because of tyre spray...
