EDIT: Double Room in house share Clapham NOW TAKEN

Sending this out to as many places as possible so:

We have a room in a house share in Clapham for rent.

Sharing with 3 others - 2 lads & a girl. We're all friendly & sociable & on the most part house trained.

Currently, £465 a month, Not including bills which are around the £100 a month (Gas & electricvity £25pppm, cleaner £25pppm, council tax £47pppm, broadband & phone dunno £10?).

We have a front drive way for another bike(!!), rear garden (which is good for those summer bbqs), washing machine & power shower (both of which are less than 6 months old). Large kitchen, large lounge.

Ideally, we're after someone who's in their mid-twenties to early 30's as I'm the oldest in the house at 32 & the other two as still the green side of 25.

Again ideally, we're after a girl to give the house an even m/f ratio..

Clapham Common, zone 2, 5 minutes from the tube & Sainsbury's in a quite residential street.

Room available from 1st December but we could actually get you in sooner if necessary!

What bike have you got? i am in tooting, i used to be in sellincourt road near tooting broadway, but i moved to the new estate near tooting bec around june time. i don't have my bike in london any more though, i was scared and took it home for the winter :P

However Flatmate world is the place to go. I found my girlfriends current accomodation on there. Its a good site.

Dunno, for what you get, that's pretty cheap.....! It is Clapham not Woolwich Dockyards!

We used Roomshare.co.uk to rent out our third room. It was £450 inclusive. But it's out of town, Guildford. We got 15 responses in a day. Well worth trying.
