Default indicators dim with brakes on .

easy as that-

I posted this wen I originally put my LED indi's on but cant find the post..

Ok-

they are real bright-
but dim when i put my lights on- still visible-
however-

if at night- and lights on and stopping to say turn left with foot on brake- there isnt enough power and they aint on at all.. which is very not good is it??

they ae on until u touch the brake then brake light is on bright and no indicators at all.!!

so - do I need to rewire?.. got in line resistors in each LED wiring

is it a simple fix?.. just need know how to do it not the volts and amps and ohms and all that stuff I dont understand.

ta muchly

My healights wil dim when my indicators are on at tick over, but a when you rev the throttle, they get bright again.

If thats nto what you mean, then check the earth connections around the bike

ooo

I never revved thethrottle -
was just stationary (or is that paper???) in the garden..

its the indis that dim when the lights are on and the brake light is activated.

tbh I dont go out at night much cos I ride fer fun so its not a major issue- but hey wud be nice to get it sorted , (for free!!!!)

sounds suspiciously like it could be poor earths to me.

Check out the earth connection for the affected lights, and run a separate dedicated wire if necessary.
