Newbie - SV650.org

Hello,

Thought I had better introduce myself.

I ride a SV650S K5 in red. It is standard, except I have added crash bungs and a lowered seat as I am somewhat short. I have had it since October last year, prior to that I had a Kwak GPZ500S. I passed my DAS in June last year, so still new to this biking lark and definitely still learning! I am a fair weather rider (allergic to rain) so the SV hasn't had a great deal of use since I got it tbh, but now the weather is picking up I am making it my mission to get some miles under my belt.

You passed your DAS about the same time as me

But I had some sense, and bought a blue one (fastest you see). Mine's also a K6, but I'll let you off the K5, since it's still the right shape.

There's nothing wrong with rain, it's the big guy upstairs making sure you have a good ol' wash

Personally, I'm a high-miler, but I'm still just learning
