Figured it may be an idea to have a seperate Soho only place to make arrangements for the AR, as I'm getting confused with who is and isn't going and when they are and who I am and why it should be and...
![]() So. I'll be going up on the Friday, probably try to meet people at the Ace first to ride up together. Thinking mid morning (10-11ish) If anyone is car-ing and has space for a backpack and tent, you'll have my eternal gratitude, a contribution to your petrol money (coz cars are more expensive than bikes) and a few beers over the weekend. Cool. Love you all! |

well i'm not going if you are...
![]() ![]() nah, only joking - obviously! i've booked up to go and will definitely be travelling up on the Friday. Last time we had a really nice run there & back, so that sounds like a good plan to do again. But from experience leaving the Ace by 10am would be good since last year it took us forever to get there and this location is even further! Last edited by Fizzy Fish; 03-05-07 at 10:26 AM. |

sounds good. last time i put up a tent in the dark it was not a good experience - though the gales, driving rain and large quantities of vino consumed probably didn't help either...

If I'm going, it'll be by car. I'm happy to carry up tents and things . . .
The date for my leg op has been put back again, and is now scheduled for 11th June, which is cutting it a bit fine. Won't know until I've had the op as to what state I'll be in, but I'll keep peeps informed. cheers |

Last years ride up there was great even if they did all try and loose me at a roundabout or 2.
![]() This journey looks much longer so an early breakfast at the ace sounds err, well, ace.
