Default Bikes in Bus Lanes Petition - 10 Downing Street

A petition designed to pressurise transports authorities to allow motorcycles in bus lanes is struggling because none of us can be arsed to sign it.

Thanks for signing and forwarding this link to anyone that might sign it.
http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/bikesinbuslanes/

Be quick, it ends on the 22nd of July, and it only takes a few seconds !

That could make a huge difference, it's worth the 3 secs it takes

lol, yeah no bus lane in Downing street

I forwarded that petition to my entire office (!), even though it's only two of us on two wheels and got the rest of them to sign saying that i'd pay them a drink for it!!!

10000 is not a lot at all. Prob around 300000 two wheels in London, so 10000 is def crap. That's why it's important to try and get people to sign this thing. Would make a big difference, for 1) we would not have to filter that much therefore it would make it quicker for us to go from a to b, and 2) would make it a lot safer as well.

Anyway, thanks for signing guys!

Not again!!

Its never going to happen. A white paper that was released last year it hink, said it was too dangerous etc etc.

There are still a few that you can ride in.

Not that I'm against this but the bus lanes that I see are full of oil and deasel (SP?) not a place I want to be riding.
