.....I think. Or so I've just been told when trying to get a colour code for it.
It's not on the Suzuki GB database and I've just found out the place it was originally bought from deals in imports only. What exactly does this mean for me? Should I be worried? Nev. |

Nope I don't have one.
I had no idea until today. I'm just worried about insurance that sort of thing now. Nev. |

I had an imported car once and it said so on the V5 (cant remember what it said but it did). As it wasnt a strange model, same just from Germany, I insured it as usual. Guess there could have been issues if I had written it off or something.
PS- is it a K3, looks YC2 candy grand blue to me? Actually maybe not as its has an 'S' and not a 'Suzuki' on the tank. Last edited by the white rabbit; 03-10-07 at 05:48 PM. |

Mines an import too,but the v5 wont tell you as it would have been registered as new, that is a parallel import. It may have a Km speedo and a continental headlight and if its a curvy no carb heaters.None of the above has ever been a problem on mine.

My last 2 bikes I bought in the U.K. were both imports. From a well known dealer and their spec was the same as that of any official dealer import,so no detriment at all but with a bit of a saving on the purchase.
Grey impòrts can be a little different though as their spec can vary greatly. |
