Default Freeflow Systems and other budget cans

I want a new can, but don't want to spend much. I'd rather get new fork springs and have still some money left over to go towards a decent rear shock, than spend £300 quid on an Acropovic or Yoshimura.

Anyone have any experience of these?

What do you think of Fuel cans?

Or something secondhand from this selection? http://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZbargainbikecans

Thanks

I put one of Freeflows stubby cans on my 99 SV, well made for the money and they sound fantastic with the baffle in (haven't run it without).

So a big thumbs up from me

A cans a can. It makes noise, simple really. Just depends how well they are screwed togenter, and in my experience, you dont always get what you pay for.

If its noise you want, then ANY can will do. Perfomance, well, thats a different matter.

Yep, Freeflow are nice sounding cans that seem well built (only been on the bike for two weeks, and I haven't been riding much) Bit heavier than my old Quill Titanium, but they're gonna be really...

I have a freeflow and have to say it's excellent quality (I've seen a fair few S/S exhausts in my time) - Well worth twice the money IMHO.

Gives the SV a hell of a low rev attitude, and the burbling on lift off is excellent fun!
