EDIT: beaten to it by Jester - was going to say the same as the bike has a Michigan plate on it.

It's Kayaker's bike (I think there may be numbers in it) A former SV of the month winner on SV rider, very nice bike. It doesn't look like a monster to me, it looks like an SV with a better tail.
