Oxford Sports Panniers 04-07 Fitting Help

Hi guys, I've recenty bought a set of 05 Oxford Lifetime Sports Panniers and I'm having a nightmare trying to get them to fix my K3 SV. The included instructions were useless, it took me an hour to realise i was trying to fit them back to front!
I have a tail tidy fitted to the bike and I cannot seem to seat the panniers so they either don't foul the indicators or are so high that the velco straps are loose.
Talk about a 5 minute job! Could somebody who has managed to get this to work please post some pics/ instructions. Had a look through the forums and all the guides seem to be for the old <04 smaller panniers (the new style ones are bigger)
