Just kicked a taxi

So there I am walking the dogs along the pavement past a large house with very high walls. when out shoots a taxi from the drive at about 20 miles an hour attempting to join the A6 without stopping at the end of the drive to check if the pavement he is about to cross is clear.

He caught the leading German Shepard as she was about 2 ft in front of me. A glancing blow with his front wing no damage to her but enough to frighten her.

As he made no attempt to stop I kicked his door. He tries to get angry and get out, but two GSDs snarling. (They have a thing about non white faces) convince him that he is doing nothing towards me.

He has just driven off shouting that he is calling the police. I can't wait

My God!! I'm glad you kicked his taxi, I hope you did it some serious damage! Did you get his reg? I'd sue the b*gger for compo for your bruised foot!

Antigua is full of racist dogs. When i lived out there, the dogs would go crazy if a black person approached the house or walked passed in the street but never to a white person.

Good for you!! I would have done the same. Lupo and I have nearly been run over before, we were waiting outside the chinese take away and the guy that does the deliveries parked his car on the pavement, if i hadn't have moved out the way seconds before i would have a flat dog. He was laying on his back getting belly rubs at the time.
